Pumpable Ice

This eliminates the need for costly means of mechanical or labor intensive ice transportation and substantially reduces operating and service costs as the distribution system is virtually maintenance free. The "flowability" of deepchill™ ice makes it a natural secondary coolant for industries seeking non-CFC alternative refrigerants.

Sunwell has developed a variety of ice storage and distribution systems for deepchill™ Ice. System components can be placed anywhere space is available and layout of equipment has no bearing on ice plant performance. Ice can be easily pumped from a single source to multiple points of use.

Deepchill™ Ice is extremely versatile and can be utilized as a very liquid ice solution with a virtually undetectable ice concentration to a heavy "slush" containing upward of 65% ice content and ultimately even as dry, salt-free "crystal ice".
